COOKIE POLICY
Last Updated: October 16, 2026
This Cookie Policy (the “Policy”) explains how Aetheryn LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (company number 2204192), with its registered office at Intershore Chambers, PO Box 4342, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with https://voice.cc and associated applications, interfaces, campaign pages and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy supplements the VOICE Privacy Policy and should be read together with it. Capitalised terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the VOICE Privacy Policy, where applicable.
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites recognise your browser, maintain user sessions and support various functions.
We and our service providers may also use similar technologies, including local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, scripts and other browser-based identifiers.
These technologies may collect information about your device, browser, interactions with the Services and other technical or usage-related information.
Not all such technologies involve placing a conventional cookie on your device.
2. Types of Cookies and Technologies We Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies and technologies are used to provide essential functions of the Services, including user authentication, session management, security and access to wallet-related functionality.
Our backend uses an authentication cookie to maintain user sessions. We also use third-party authentication and embedded wallet infrastructure, currently provided by Privy, which may use additional cookies or browser storage for authentication, session management and related functionality.
Authentication and wallet connection technologies may use cookies and browser storage to maintain user sessions, manage authentication credentials, remember wallet connections and store wallet addresses, account identifiers and related technical information.
Embedded wallets created through such providers may be used to interact with the Services, authorise blockchain transactions and make payments.
Cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to provide requested authentication, security or wallet-related functions may be used without optional cookie consent where permitted by applicable law.
Disabling these technologies may prevent certain functions of the Services from operating properly.
2.2 Analytics and Performance Technologies
We use analytics technologies to understand how users interact with the Services, assess performance and improve functionality.
These technologies include:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — used to analyse website visits, traffic and user interactions.
- Amplitude — used for product analytics, including visits to the Social Camp engagement section, campaign participation, quest-related activities, user engagement and traffic attribution.
Analytics technologies may process information such as page visits, navigation events, referral sources, session identifiers, device information and interactions with platform features.
2.3 Session Replay Technologies
We use Amplitude Session Replay functionality in connection with certain Services.
Session Replay allows us to record or reconstruct user interactions during a session, including navigation, clicks, scrolling and other interactions, to analyse usability, investigate technical issues and improve the user experience.
Depending on the relevant configuration, Session Replay may involve the collection of information displayed or entered during a session.
Where required by applicable law, Session Replay technologies will be used only after the necessary consent has been obtained. Session Replay may be configured to mask or exclude particular input fields and interface elements, depending on the relevant functionality and configuration.
2.4 Advertising and Campaign Measurement Technologies
We use advertising measurement technologies, including X Pixel, in connection with certain Services.
These technologies help us measure traffic originating from advertising campaigns, understand relevant website interactions and evaluate advertising performance.
Depending on their configuration, advertising technologies may collect technical identifiers and information about visits or interactions with the Services.
Their use may involve processing by third-party advertising providers in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy notices.
Where required by applicable law, such technologies will be used only after the necessary consent has been obtained.
2.5 Tag Management Technologies
We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage and deploy certain analytics, advertising and other website tags.
Google Tag Manager does not necessarily place cookies itself. However, technologies deployed through it may place or access cookies, browser storage or other identifiers.
The applicable requirements depend on the purposes and functionality of the individual technologies deployed through GTM.
3. Third-Party Providers
Certain cookies and similar technologies are provided or operated by third parties, including authentication and wallet infrastructure providers, analytics providers and advertising measurement providers.
Depending on the relevant technology and processing activity, these providers may process information on our behalf or as independent data controllers.
The third-party services currently used in connection with the functions described in this Policy include Privy, Cloudflare, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude and X Pixel.
We may change or replace service providers from time to time. Where required, we will update this Policy or other applicable disclosures to reflect material changes.
Further information about the processing of Personal Data by the Company and the use of third-party services is available in our Privacy Policy.
4. Consent and Cookie Preferences
We distinguish between strictly necessary technologies and other technologies used for purposes such as analytics, Session Replay and advertising measurement.
Where prior consent is required by applicable law, non-essential cookies and similar technologies will be activated only after the necessary consent has been obtained.
Where applicable law permits certain technologies to be used without prior consent, we will comply with the conditions of the relevant exception, including any applicable transparency and objection requirements.
Users may accept, reject or manage non-essential technologies through the consent banner and the “Cookie settings” link available through the Services. Users may withdraw or change their consent at any time through those controls.
Users may also manage or delete cookies through their browser settings. However, browser controls may not affect all similar technologies, and restricting strictly necessary cookies may limit the functionality of the Services.
The Company may disable or restrict non-essential technologies across the Services or in particular jurisdictions, including while consent mechanisms are being implemented, updated or otherwise unavailable.
5. Cookie Duration and Storage
Cookies and similar technologies may be session-based or persistent. Session cookies generally expire at the end of a browser session, while persistent cookies remain for a specified period depending on their purpose and configuration.
The duration of cookies and similar technologies depends on their purpose and the relevant provider.
